PersuitCo was built by someone who got tired of watching great organizations struggle with systems that didn't serve them. We exist to change that.

Our Story

We didn't plan to start a consulting firm. Our clients did.

PersuitCo started the way most good things do — with someone just trying to help. Before the firm had a name or a logo, we were already solving problems: a small family practice needed a better intake system, a specialty group was drowning in scheduling chaos, a law firm needed its administrative operations rebuilt from the ground up.

Each time, the same thing happened: we helped, it worked, and someone asked us to help their colleagues next. Demand turned into a practice, and a practice turned into Pursuit Consulting LLC — known to our clients as PersuitCo.

Healthcare is our home base — we know it deeply and we're proud of the work we do there. But the operational problems we solve aren't unique to any one industry. Scheduling chaos, billing backlogs, intake friction, unclear workflows, and systems that nobody uses — those show up everywhere. If your organization is dealing with them, we can help.

We're still driven by the same belief that started it all: operational complexity is solvable, and the organizations doing the most meaningful work deserve systems that make that work easier.
